What is Delcol Centralised/Industrial Water Filtration System?

Delcol Industrial water filtration system is designed to provide efficient point-of-entry source for high-rise buildings and manufacturing plants. We ensure that the water that flows out from the filtration system is clean, crystal, and clear complying with World Health Organization (WHO) and Ministry of Health Malaysia (MOH) industrial requirement.

Delcol centralized water filtration system series set the industry standard for operating performance and backwashing efficiency. The main purpose of this vessel is to filter and remove unwanted particles, organic and floating contaminants, by utilising the types of filter media that are customizable to meet customers’ needs.

Delcol Industrial water filtration vessel comes with multi-media filtration system which consists of six layers of different filter medias as mentioned below. Contaminants and chlorine will be removed when water goes through the filtration process.

1. Manganese Green Sand

to remove rust, hydrogen sulfide, manganese and iron in the water.

2. Activated Carbon /Anthracite

to remove chlorine and repulsive smell.

3. Fine Silica Filter

to remove dirt, sediment and particles in water with size up to 5 microns.

4. Medium Silica Filter

to remove dirt, sediment and particles in water with size up to 5 microns.

5. Coarse Silica Filter

to remove dirt, sediment and particles in water with size up to 5 microns.

6. Gravel Filter

a supporting structure to filter beds to prevent fine sand from entering the water supply through the bottom of the strainer and provide space to collect filtered water.
