Industrial Centralized Water Filtration System: Superior Multi-Stage Purification  

 

Delcol’s stainless steel (SS) and Fiber Reinforced Plastic (FRP) centralized water filtration systems are engineered for durability, efficiency, and long-term performance. These systems employ a meticulously designed six-layer filtration process to eliminate contaminants, ensuring water that is not only clean but also compliant with stringent health regulations.  

 

The first layer, Manganese Green Sand, effectively removes rust, hydrogen sulfide, manganese, and iron from the water. Following this, Activated Carbon or Anthracite filtration eliminates chlorine and unpleasant odors, enhancing water taste and safety. The next stages involve Fine, Medium, and Coarse Silica Filters, which progressively remove sediments and particles as small as 5 microns. Finally, the Gravel Filter acts as a stabilizing layer, preventing fine sand from entering the water supply while supporting the overall filtration structure.

To cater to different operational needs, Delcol offers customizable backwash options, including Stainless Steel Auto/Manual Backwash Systems and FRP Auto/Manual Backwash Systems. These features ensure minimal maintenance while maximizing filtration efficiency.

Installation is a streamlined five-week process, beginning with a 50% advance payment and preliminary works, followed by vessel fabrication, pressure testing, and quality checks. By the fifth week, the system is fully installed, tested, and commissioned, with the remaining balance settled upon completion.  

Industrial Reverse Osmosis (RO) System: The Pinnacle of Water Purification

 

For industries requiring ultra-pure water, Delcol’s Reverse Osmosis (RO) System represents the gold standard in filtration technology. RO systems utilize semi-permeable membranes to remove even the smallest contaminants, including ions, salts, dissolved solids, and organic impurities, delivering water of exceptional purity.  

 

The RO process operates on cross-flow filtration, allowing the membrane to continuously clean itself by directing a portion of the water downstream, sweeping away rejected contaminants. A high-pressure pump ensures optimal performance, making this system ideal for sectors where water quality is non-negotiable, such as pharmaceuticals, food and beverage production, electronics manufacturing, and chemical processing.  

 

Delcol’s RO systems are available in various capacities to suit different industrial demands. Small-scale operations can benefit from systems processing 500 to 800 gallons per day (GPD), while medium-scale facilities may require 800 GPD to 3 tons per hour (TPH). For large industrial plants, high-capacity systems handling over 3 to 25 TPH ensure an uninterrupted, high-purity water supply.
